1 Introduction & Definitions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between the Nite Teer platform ("we", "Nite Teer") and you ("user", "member"). By accessing the niteteer.pro website or mobile app, you are considered to have fully accepted these Terms.

3 Account Management

You are solely responsible for the security of your Nite Teer account. Never share your login credentials (username and password) with anyone. Always log out when using someone else's device.

• Passwords must be at least 8 characters long and include uppercase letters, lowercase letters, and numbers.
• If you notice any suspicious login activity, change your password immediately.
• Transferring or selling your account to another person is strictly prohibited.
• Keep your account information accurate and up to date.
• If you encounter any issues, please notify our support team.

Nite Teer is not responsible for any security breach resulting from a user's own disclosure of login credentials. We are not liable for any loss arising from unauthorized third-party access to your account.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

Nite Teer currently supports deposits and withdrawals via Mobile Banking, Nagad, and Rocket. Any changes to available payment methods or additions of new ones will be announced on the platform.

• Full account verification is required before any withdrawal can be processed.
• Withdrawals can only be made to a mobile banking number registered in your own name.
• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly — wagering requirements must be completed first.
• Nite Teer reserves the right to temporarily suspend withdrawals in the case of suspicious transactions.
• Multiple withdrawal requests per day are allowed, provided they stay within the daily limit.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

All betting and game-related decisions on Nite Teer are final. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or changed. Game outcomes are determined entirely by a certified third-party Random Number Generator (RNG).

• If your internet connection drops while betting on a live event, the bet will remain valid.
• Winnings credited incorrectly due to a system error will be voided.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits vary by game.
• Multiple bets on the same outcome within a single event are not permitted.
• Bets placed before any odds change will remain valid at the original odds.

For Sports Betting, payments may be held until official results are published. If a match is abandoned or cancelled, the bet will be voided and the stake refunded.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the Nite Teer platform. Violations will result in immediate account closure and possible forfeiture of the account balance.

• Opening or operating multiple accounts.
• Strategic betting with the intent to abuse bonuses (bonus hunting/arbitrage).
• Money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds.
• Placing bets using bots or automated software.
• Exploiting technical vulnerabilities in the platform.
• Sending threatening, harassing, or abusive messages to our support team.
• Unauthorized access to another user's account.
• Operating an account on behalf of a minor.
